Welcome to the Travelling Cookery School. Would you like to have a professional chef and teacher come to your own home to teach you how to cook? I offer individual and small group cooking lessons in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, using your own cooking equipment, utensils and facilities so that you will be able to recreate what you have learned effortlessly again and again.

I offer custom cooking courses tailored precisely to your needs as well as to your taste. I also offer a range of popular cooking courses for individuals or small groups.

While I work to whatever level you are at, my courses generally run along the lines of Beginner (new to cooking), Intermediate (a regular accomplished cook who wants to learn some new dishes) and Advanced (advanced classes include professional restaurant skills and cooking tips).

A day with the Travelling Cookery School makes an ideal birthday gift, a fun outing with a few friends, a novel way to enjoy a hen’s or stag day or night (you supply the alcohol!), a perfect gift for newlyweds, or an occasion for young people to get together to learn to cook (perhaps before going off to Uni or living alone for the first time).
